The Choops name has been synonymous with excellence since the company's founding in 1968.  That reputation has grown its customer base throughout the Buffalo Niagara region, the Southern Tier, Rochester, and into Pennsylvania and Ohio.  Neal Choops, president and Paul Kostusiak, vice-president, are directly involved in daily operations.

Each day, 45 full-time professional painters set out in Choops' dark red trucks, driving to diverse new build construction sites, home redecorating projects, offices, health facilities, stores, hotels, industrial plants, and retail developments.

 Choops crews are experts in all aspects of interior and exterior painting and wall covering.  Their capabilities encompass staining and finishing woodwork and cabinets.  They can match or make any wood stain to complement old or new furniture in homes or offices.

A typical day light find Choops crews applying waterproof coatings, durable epoxy floor systems, spray-applying multi-colored paint systems such as Polomyx, Zolotone, and Multispec, or airless print spraying exposed ceilings in industrial plants.  Each of these processes requires specialized training, and Choops crews have been trained to do it all.

 Once Choops painting is contacted about a specific job, a manager visits the customer at the site  where the work is to be performed, then responds with a written proposal outlining specific tasks and costs.  No job is too big or too small.

Choops assists customers in selecting colors, and draws from state-of-the-art technology and the finest primers and products to create distinctive looks and long-lasting paint jobs.  Among the quality brands used are Sherwin Williams, ICI/Dulux, and Pratt & Lambert.

The company's spacious warehouse allows it to stick and organize paint and other materials for numerous ongoing projects, which facilitates the timely dispatching of crews each morning.
